The title of this announcement speaks for itself and I will quicly try to answer the answer. First off, once more, welcome to Africhat, an online forum which promises (and hopes) to be the best discussion forum you find on the Internet on matters Africa.

One key feature which intend to mark out Africhat is mutual respect that posters and discussants will have for and show to each other. Ab hominem attacks (i.e. leaving the issue to attack the persom) will be practically non-existent and we will ensure that this is so. Why? One of the greatest inhibitors to the expression of free opinion is when other 'listeners' do not allow anyone express his/her own opinion.
